If using a microwave:
- Remove cardboard sleeve if present.
- Peel off plastic film seal covering the food container completely.
- If your meal contains a sauce container, remove it before heating. Set it aside to be added after heating.
- Place the uncovered dish in the microwave.
- Reheat meal for 2-4 minutes, depending on the strength of your microwave. Start with 2 minutes and check the temperature. If it’s not heated through, continue reheating in 1-minute increments until the desired temperature is reached.
- If you set aside a sauce container before heating, add the sauce to the reheated food now.
- Allow the food to cool to desired temperature before consuming.
If using an oven:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove cardboard sleeve from meal container if present.
- Peel off plastic film seal covering the food container completely.
- If your meal contains a sauce container, remove it before heating. Set it aside to be added after heating.
- Transfer meal to an oven safe dish and place in preheated oven.
- Reheat for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the food is heated through.
- If you set aside a sauce container before heating, add the sauce to the reheated food now.
- Allow the food to cool to desired temperature before consuming.
These guidelines are general and may vary depending on the type and quantity of food, as well as the efficiency of your microwave or oven.
Either – They’re great cold or you can certainly reheat them for 30sec – 1min in the microwave
